Community Guidelines

Funsly is built on respect. These rules apply to every profile, message, photo, and story.

Be yourself

  • Use real, recent photos of yourself. No group shots as your main photo.
  • Be honest about your age (must be 18+) and intentions.

Be respectful

  • No harassment, hate speech, slurs, or threats — ever.
  • No unsolicited explicit content.
  • No spam or commercial promotion.

Be safe

  • Don't share financial info, home address, or workplace with someone you've just met.
  • Use Funsly's Date Safety Center for first dates.
  • Report anything that feels off.

What happens if you break the rules

We act quickly. First incidents may get a warning; serious or repeated violations result in suspension or permanent ban. Some categories (illegal content, minors, threats) trigger immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Mandatory Legal Notice

  • 18+ only. Funsly is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. Underage access is unauthorized.
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Any profile, message, suggestion, translation, recommendation, image, article, moderation result, support response, or other content made available through Funsly may be generated, assisted, modified, ranked, translated, or displayed using artificial intelligence or automation.
  • User responsibility. Users are solely responsible for their own content, conduct, communications, purchases, meetings, decisions, and interactions. Funsly and the team that develops, operates, supports, and hosts the Service do not endorse, verify, control, or assume responsibility for user content or user actions and disclaim liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • No refunds; internal use only. Funds, wallet top-ups, coins, credits, subscriptions, gifts, boosts, paid unlocks, and other paid features are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used only inside the Funsly system, except where a mandatory non-waivable law requires otherwise.

These rules are part of the user agreement accepted during registration and continued use of the Service.
