By creating an account and using Funsly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Funsly. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.
• Engage in any illegal activity or solicit others to do so.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Coins

Funsly offers optional paid subscriptions and in-app currency ("Coins"). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Funsly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
